For more than 25 years, my career has connected German engineering, international markets and industrial leadership in Central and Eastern Europe.
I have built and led organizations through technological and organizational change, including the transition from conventional powertrain technologies to electrification. Today, I lead teams across Slovakia and Serbia, turning engineering capability into industrial results.
As an engineer with an MBA and a PhD, I bring technical, commercial and organizational perspectives to the same question: how can Europe’s industry adapt and remain competitive?
Beyond Borders is where I explore that question through practical experience — connecting developments in technology, trade and policy with the realities of leading industrial organizations. Austria is home; Germany, Slovakia and Serbia have shaped my perspective.
